These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our wedding services and your engagement with perclspiri.center. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions:

- “You” or “your” refers to the client(s) engaging our services.
- “Services” means the wedding planning, coordination, and related services provided by us.
- “Vendors” means the third-party suppliers we engage on your behalf, such as venues, caterers, photographers, florists, and entertainers.
2. Scope of Services:
- The scope of our services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or contract.
- We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
- We will act in your best interests, but we are not responsible for decisions made by you or by vendors.
3. Booking and Payment:
- A deposit is required to secure our services. The amount of the deposit will be specified in the service agreement.
- Payment schedules will be outlined in the service agreement.
- We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, and credit card.
- We may charge interest on overdue accounts.
4. Cancellation and Termination:
- Cancellation policies will be outlined in the service agreement.
- If you cancel our services, you may forfeit your deposit.
- We may terminate the service agreement if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if we are unable to provide the services due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Vendor Relationships:
- We will assist you in selecting and managing wedding vendors.
- We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of vendors.
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all contracts with vendors.
- We may receive commissions or referral fees from vendors. This will be disclosed to you. Transparency is key here.
6. Photography/Videography Release (If applicable):
- You grant us the right to use photographs and videos of your wedding for promotional purposes on our website and social media channels (subject to your express written consent). You retain the copyright to your photos.
- We will obtain releases from all individuals appearing in the photographs and videos. If this applies, you’ll need a separate release form drafted by a lawyer.
7. Limitation of Liability:
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, or emotional distress.
8. Consumer Law:
- Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel the service contract with us and receive a refund for the unused portion, or
- to compensation for its reduced value.
- You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the service and to cancel the service contract and obtain a refund for any unused portion.
9. Force Majeure:
We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or natural disasters.
10. Intellectual Property:
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and is protected by copyright.
11. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
12. Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of. Note that arbitration clauses can sometimes be problematic under the ACL.
